Pancreatic cancer is one of the 11 types of cancer most common in the UK. This cancer is also one of deadly cancers, grabbing nearly about 7.700 lives each year. Many things can increase the risk of pancreatic cancer, according to many studies one of whom is a sugary sodas.
Sugary soda is generally composed of fructose and sugar. Calories contained in each tin 2% more than it should be obtained in one day by people over the age of 2 years of age. Soda generally do not contain vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein. Syrup with high fructose levels, soda, and artificial sweeteners found in sugary sodas can damage the pancreas because it causes elevated levels of insulin in the body and increase body weight. Research shows that women who consumed more than one soda a day can have twice the risk of type two diabetes within 4 years, than those who consumed less than one can per day.
